Zarda v. Altitude Express

This is a blog where I bring some things on my mind or that come to my attention. The first involves the Zarda v. Altitude Express case, the one that changed the law in the Second Circuit. We don’t know if it will go to the Supreme Court. I argued the case in September 2017, almost 7 years to the day when I filed the case with the trial court.
